Shipping Policy (Australia)

At SparkJump, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 pm AEST may be processed the next business day.
During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, regional locations, weather events, public holidays, or peak periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, parcel size, weight, and selected shipping method.
All shipping fees are displayed before payment.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Tracking details will be provided where available.
Once dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 5 business days.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If Authority to Leave is selected, SparkJump is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery is confirmed by the courier.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will apply and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Delays & Missing Parcels
If a parcel is delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days.
If confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, and preferably within 30 days of delivery, with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We will assess the issue and, in line with Australian Consumer Law, provide:
• A replacement part
• A replacement product
• A repair
• Or a refund (where applicable)
We cover return or replacement shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
10. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
