At SparkJump, we want you to love your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as well as our additional store policies.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a product:
Has a major fault
Is unsafe
Is significantly different from its description or images
Does not do what it is reasonably expected to do
Is not of acceptable quality
These rights cannot be excluded or limited.
The product is unsafe
The product is substantially unfit for its normal purpose
A reasonable customer would not have purchased the product had they known about the issue
If a product has a major fault, you may choose a refund or replacement.
If the fault is minor, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
While the ACL does not require us to offer change-of-mind returns, we do so under the following conditions:
The request is made within 30 days of delivery
The item is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
All parts, instructions, and accessories are included
Proof of purchase is provided
Items that have been assembled or partially assembled
Items that have been painted, customised, or altered
Clearance or final-sale items
Gift cards
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, and preferably within 30 days of delivery, with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We will assess the issue and, in line with Australian Consumer Law, provide:
A replacement part
A replacement product
A repair
Or a refund (where applicable)
We cover return or replacement shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
At SparkJump, product safety is our highest priority. In the unlikely event that a product is subject to a voluntary or compulsory recall, we will act promptly and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ACCC Product Safety requirements.
